The heart and soul behind WATTS Cooking. With over 9 years of impactful work in disability and community services and a fulfilling period working as a childcare director - Emma's eyes were opened to a profound need for accessible nutrition education within the community.

As a mum who understands the dance of dealing with fussy toddlers and the time crunch that comes with family life, Emma gets it.

Educated with a Diploma in Nutrition with Distinction, Emma crafts workshops and personalised 1:1 consults designed to guide, inspire and educate all whilst meeting her clients where they’re at.

Meet Emma,

Meet Bonnie,

Meet Bonnie, Nutrition Outreach Assistant at WATTS Cooking. Bonnie is the boots on the ground, proudly delivering our mission of putting your health back in your own hands. As a mum of two, she understands the realities of busy family life and loves helping clients build the skills and confidence to make nutrition simple, accessible, and practical.

Currently completing her Diploma of Nutrition, Bonnie turns what you learn in a consult into real-life results, providing hands-on, tangible support in the home so healthy habits stick.

She delights in guiding clients to create meals that are nourishing, achievable, and tailored to any skill level, budget, or dietary need.
